HB 12-1237 Introduced to Clarify Association Records

The Colorado Legislative Action Committee worked with Representative Angela Williams to introduce HB 12-1237. The bill was introduced yesterday and is intended to clarify what type of records must be kept by associations by amending Section 317 of CCIOA.  IF this bill becomes law the identified records will be considered the "sole records of the association for purposes of document retention and production to owners."  Read our full blog post to learn more about HB 12-1237.
