CAI Taking the Lead on Colorado Manager Licensing Regulation

The Colorado Legislative Action Committee of Community Association’s Institute ("CLAC") is moving to take a leading role in the development of licensing regulation for community association managers in Colorado.   CAI’s Rocky Mountain Chapter President Brian TerHark announced Friday that CLAC has submitted a Sunrise Application to the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies ("DORA"), the first step in investigating the potential need for community association manager licensing regulations.  Read our full blog post.
