Ashley Nichols represents community associations in all aspects of collection of assessments. She works with the client and debtor to ensure the timely recovery of all delinquent amounts. She brings to the firm experience in municipal law and work with non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining the firm, Ashley worked extensively with state legislatures, their members and staff drafting and tracking bills relating to various areas of law including banking and financial institutions, insurance, military, telecommunications, information privacy (state Freedom of Information Acts) and housing issues (affordable housing, homeowner's associations, and mortgage industry).
