Brian Martin represents homeowners associations in lawsuits relating to director and officer liability, contract disputes, covenant enforcement, personal injury, construction defects, and civil rights.  He is the former law clerk to Judges Ruckriegle and Lass in the 5^th Judicial District.  For the past five years he has dedicated his practice to civil litigation.

Brian has handled matters before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the United States District Court of Colorado.  In addition, Brian has represented individual and corporate clients in jury trials, bench trials and mediations.
