COURT'S RULING
THE COURT: The Court's had an opportunity to review the evidence in this case, including having heard the testimony of the witnesses, arguments of counsel, and reviewed the exhibits that have been admitted into evidence. And I have now had an opportunity to review the briefs and the case law cited by the parties, and the Court enters its order as follows. First of all, I preface my order by saying that it's a very unfortunate situation when the Court has to hear a case.between neighbors. This is not a case that I looked forward to deciding because I think it's a shame.
