Elina Hindley is a partner with HindmanSanchez who has been with the firm for over 10 years.  She counsels homeowners associations in all aspects of community association law, including collections, governing document amendments, opinion letters, and other general counsel matters.  Elina enjoys simplifying complex documents and legal issues in ways that make managing associations easier for boards of directors and managers.  For example, she has extensive experience handling insurance audits, maintenance charts for large mixed-use communities (as well as smaller communities), and contract interpretation and negotiations.

Elina is passionate about practicing preventative law and educating boards and managers.  She leads the firm's well-known educational program and e-newsletter program.
