Bill represents homeowners associations in lawsuits pertaining to director and officer liability, insurance, employment disputes, breach of contract, covenant enforcement, personal injury and construction defects. With over 20 years of trial experience emphasizing non profit, construction and commercial matters, Bill can assist you with disputes that may arise in the operation of your association.
Bill has an extensive and successful track record that demonstrates his ability to effectively evaluate and manage lawsuits to successful conclusion. Bill has tried dozens of cases in all metropolitan Denver state courts and federal courts. Bill has also argued cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Insurance and risk management also are areas in which Bill brings a voice of experience to associations. He has an ongoing interest in nonprofit boards as an attorney, as an active pro bono advisor and as a member of charitable organizations.
