Does it sometimes seem like everything associations try to regulate or prohibit gets shot down by the attorneys as being in violation of state and federal law?  This perception may not be far from the truth as Colorado has many protected and unbannable items.  If you’ve ever been stumped or confused with respect to the protected items and what associations can and cannot do to regulate them, this class is a must!  In this class we will explore and delve into items that cannot be prohibited as well as possible regulation of these items.  Even if you think you already know this information, we guarantee you’ll take something away from this class.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is designed for state licensed managers, if you are not currently a manager or are not planning to get licensed please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.

Please sign in by 12:10 in order to receive CAM/CMCA credit!
