Can your association take advantage of this? What does it mean for your community?
Whether it’s electric cars, solar energy, or recycling, everyone is talking about going green! It’s time associations explored this concept and learned how they can take advantage of the going green trend around the country. During this session, we will discuss the various options of going green and identify those projects that may be implemented by associations as well as incentives provided by various municipalities in Colorado. We’ll also talk about the process for implementing going green projects, “green doors”, document amendments to take advantage of going green, and possible pitfalls.
