Learn about the board's duties, rights, and obligations when it comes to covenant enforcement. What do the association documents and statutes require the board to do and where does the board have discretion to make choices? Discuss real life examples of do's and don'ts concerning enforcement. In this class you will gain a basic understanding of the covenant enforcement process, how to utilize it and the decision-making process surrounding it.
