You’ve been to our CCIOA classes and you feel comfortable with the basics of CCIOA.  Congratulations!  You are now ready to attend CCIOA 201.  This is no ordinary CCIOA class—in this session we will explore those provisions of CCIOA that we dare not touch in a basic class.  We will look at some real dilemmas facing attorneys and, in turn, associations with respect to CCIOA provisions and their interpretations.  We will also review provisions addressing developers and construction defects issues.  If you feel you have the basics of CCIOA down, attend CCIOA 201 and get a peak at the “dark side” of CCIOA.
