As technology continues to evolve, communities see more and more drones flying in the air over parks, streets, and even privately owned lots.  To make things worse, many drones contain video and surveillance equipment, which leaves associations wondering whether the drones constitute an invasion of privacy and whether there is anything they can do to address this new phenomenon.  Associations aren’t the only ones; this has gotten so big and out of hand that the U.S. government is also looking at federal legislation to address these types of situations.  If you manage or sit on the board of a community currently experiencing attack of the drones, you should participate in this session that will focus on the drone conundrum and what associations can and can’t do with it.

This class is approved for 1 hour of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 1 hour of CMCA Credit.
