Effective Meetings

Board Member Class

With a large number of owners being off site owners conducting meetings can be a challenge.  This class will focus on the fundamentals of meetings, from notice requirements to technology requirements.  We will also address the psychology of the meetings and how to effectively conduct the meeting.  Difference between "Pre" and "Post" CCIOA communities along with Timeshare communities will be addressed.
