Board Member Class

As board members and managers you have many duties and obligations imposed upon you by the association's governing documents and Colorado law.  In this session you will learn about the basic requirements of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) and how it applies to the duties and obligations of association directors and managers when it comes to running your community.  If you are a board member or manager and have never attended a class on board member duties, you cannot miss this class!
